• Using the service to upload or distribute viruses, malware, or similar threats.
• Attempting to bypass API limits or security mechanisms.

4. Enforcement

• Throttle your sending speed or API usage
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities

5. Shared Responsibility

Maintaining sender reputation and inbox placement is a joint responsibility. Users must follow best practices in list hygiene, targeting, and content relevance.
