If you believe you’ve been charged more than once for the same service, please contact us at support@skysenders.ai within 7 days. If verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Any disputes raised via Stripe will be handled in accordance with their buyer protection policy and SkySenders verification process.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion only under exceptional circumstances, such as a verified platform-wide failure or billing errors caused directly by SkySenders.
